We control with a model that allow an effective control of chaos.
When there's control of chaos the content compete to survive and spread, subject to a sort of natural selection.
Like Google as a powerful tool to manage the biggest User Generated Content of the world.
The search engine is a complex environment of rules that allow an huge amount of content to share the same logical space.
We are just evolving the concept of democracy.
